The above prices include all taxes and are in Canadian funds. Children are welcome. Small pets are accepted upon approval at a rate of $10/night. All linens and bedding are provided. The Lotus is a smoke free residence. Smoking is permitted outside only.
A 50% deposit via credit card (visa or mastercard) or paypal is due upon booking. The remainder is due upon arrival via credit card, cash or money order.
Cancellation Policy
There is a CDN$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the booking date will have the balance of the deposit refunded (i.e. deposit minus $100 cancellation fee). In the case where there is a cancellation with less than 4 weeks notice, every effort will be made to fill the vacancy, in which case the deposit will be reimbursed minus the $100 cancellation fee. If it is not possible to fill the vacancy, then the 50% deposit will be kept in full.
